Devuli Ranch is positioned to reduce costly power imports and improve grid stability in a region with persistent supply deficits, while completing final grid allocation, geotechnical validation, and commercial close workstreams required for full bankability and financial close.

Regulatory readiness achieved: ZERA generation licence granted; EIA certificate issued; water use licence approved
Bankable technical package: PV architecture, tracker layout, SLDs and PVsyst simulations completed (validated yield)
Structured SPV for investor protection: Registered in South Africa for FDI facilitation and transparent governance
Offtake advanced + funding plan in place: Heads of Terms signed; budget allocated for grid study and completion workstreams
